Starting details between pages.
With JavaScript enabled, the home-page quick start temporarily stores your pickup location and passenger count in session storage for the current browser tab. The handoff expires after ten minutes and is removed when the quote page tries to read it. Closing the tab ends its session; browser session-restoration settings may affect storage retention. Only your selected service is placed in the new quote-page URL. If storage is unavailable, you can continue with the service choice and enter your other details again. Without JavaScript, the starting-detail fields are disabled and only the service choice is sent in the URL.
The form does not yet send your trip request.
The full form builds its summary in the current page. Its fields are not sent to City Coachways or saved by this site in browser storage. Downloading a summary saves a text file to your device; you control that file and any later sharing. Editing a form field clears the generated summary. Browsers may retain or restore form entries according to your own browser settings. Do not include sensitive personal or medical information.
Hosting and page requests.
Loading this website sends normal requests to the hosting provider. Technical request records can include the requested URL, IP address, browser information and access time; authentication services may process additional access information where enabled. An old link that already contains pickup or passenger query values can reach the host before JavaScript removes those values from the address bar. This site does not import those old values into the form. Avoid sharing links containing personal trip information.
Analytics, calls and external links.
This site currently installs no marketing analytics, ad pixels or advertising cookies. The hosting platform may process technical information under its own terms. Telephone links open your device’s calling app. External links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
Before online inquiries are activated.
The company must confirm a contact for privacy inquiries, the lead-processing destination, access controls, retention practices, and any analytics or third-party services. The final policy must reflect those systems. For privacy questions now, call 703-399-4394.
