City Coachways has a large fleet that includes 2026 buses: 56-passenger executive coaches, 24–35-passenger executive minibuses and 14-passenger Sprinter vans. Model year and vehicle assignment are confirmed for your trip. A coach is a useful starting point for a larger group or a longer itinerary; a minibus may be the right fit for a smaller group or a repeating shuttle loop.
Share the number of passengers actually traveling, including organizers and chaperones. Add the luggage and equipment you expect to bring. Seating capacity and usable storage need to work together.
Tell us how many people are at each stop, when everyone must arrive, and whether you need separate return trips. One larger coach and multiple smaller vehicles can serve different needs; the itinerary helps determine what to discuss.
Ask for current photographs and specifications of the vehicle proposed for your trip before booking.
Share your destination, your dates, and who’s coming along. Let’s plan the transportation around your group.
