Plan airport transfers around people and bags.
For a DCA, IAD or BWI transfer, include the flight information and an estimate of checked bags and carry-ons. Fourteen passenger seats do not establish how much luggage will fit alongside your group. Discuss storage before selecting the vehicle; a minibus may be more suitable when passengers have larger bags or equipment. Confirm the meeting location and instructions with the team before travel.
Connect the stops in your itinerary.
For a trip between DC hotels and a Northern Virginia venue, list each stop in travel order with its expected passengers. For Maryland pickups, provide the city first if an exact address is still being decided. Note time-sensitive commitments, separate return departures and any additional stops. A city-level inquiry is enough to start the discussion; final pickup and drop-off addresses are needed before the transportation plan is confirmed.
